Two 7s

Post by wylx » Mon Aug 13, 2012 11:03 pm

I got an expert board with two 7s today. I think I've had one with three 7s before, but I blasted that one (before I got to the 7s). I remember in that case the 7s were also in close vicinity.

If one mine moved to make one of them an 8, this board would have had all the numbers represented. Darn. Has anyone here had a board with at least one instance of each number?

I set a personal time record on this board in 2006 that had all numbers and a neat 6/7/8 patern all closeby. Actually, it has 5, 6, 7, 8 all in a 3x3 box! I think it is possible I have solved more boards with all numbers. It's been a long time since I have even solved a board with a single 8.
