Space Dodge (1980)

Overview
Space Dodge was written in 1980 by Mike McKenna and Rich Bouchard.

The game was published in Softside Magazine and advertised as "can you cross the minefield?"

In a desperate attempt to infiltrate the Saplif intelligence organization, a small team of spies succeeded in crossing the dreaded minefield and obtsained several documents exposing the Saplif spies on Lastel. But alas, just as they were escaping from Saplif, they were discovered and executed, but not before they had a chance to hide the important documents. Your mission is to get across the minefield, get the secret documents, and return without being destroyed by the ever-present triton mines which come out of hyperspace at random intervals.

You basically need to cross the screen and back while dodging moving mines.
