An enemy tank division is approaching. As the last surviving tank commander of your battalion, it's up to you to halt the opposition's merciless invasion of your territory. You control a Chieftan tank aimed at the enemy forces on the horizon. Your adversaries have also taken to the skies and are swooping down from the clouds in fighter bombers to attack your tank. The whole area between you and the enemy has been heavily mined, and you've been trapped in the path of the bomber's runway. Undeterred by the overwhelming odds, you radio for help and set out with four tanks to wreak as much havoc as you can.
The first part of the program loads information about graphics. The second part is the game.
Your tank is at the bottom of the screen and you shoot vertically above your location. The idea is that you are driving forward so mines are constantly appearing and moving closer to you. Vehicles and planes move across the screen and you are awarded more points for shooting smaller and further objects.
The following attributes can be used to map the evolution of Minesweeper. Blue cells are confirmed attributes for official versions of Minefield. Yellow cells are unknown.
