Minefield (1979)

a.k.a. MINEFLD

Overview
Minefield was written in FORTRAN by an unknown author at the University of Toronto.

The object of the game is to diagonally cross the 25*20 minefield. In addition to hidden mines, there are visible rocks blocking your path. If you have not reached the far corner in 40 moves the mine detector stops working. There are no scores but after winning or losing a game there is an option to see the mine locations.

The game is a clone of the Minefield game published in the March 1979 edition of Personal Computer World Magazine.
