MineSweeper was written for OS/2 in 1998 by someone anonymous in Japan.
The game is a clone of Windows Minesweeper with the same difficulty levels (8x8 with 10 mines, 16x16 with 40 mines, 30x16 with 99 mines). The levels are called Tiny, Middle and Large. You can flag and chord but there are no questionmarks or highscores. The author apologises for the lack of highscores in the documentation. Instead of a normal timer there is a box called "Sweeper Helper" which shows the number of mines, the time and any messages.
