The first HP graphic calculator was released in 1986. The HP48SX was released in 1990 alongside a Solve Equation Library card that included a Minehunt game. Minehunt was included in later HP48, HP49 and HP50 models and was the inspiration for numerous clones. Due to limited memory many games are usually a few KB in size and clones are often simple ports to different models.
