QUINES - Game Overview

Quines was written for DOS in 1999 by Dominik Kaspar of Kaswoj Software.

Quines was our first fully functioning QBasic game using the mouse. We just copied the idea of Microsoft Windows' version of Minesweeper, and it came out quite well! And of course we also added some neat-looking menus and a special highscore table to it. Kaswoj Software has put a lot of effort in this one, so try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The game is a fixed grid of 30x18 and you choose multiples of 5 mines (5 to 300 mines). The Highscore list saves your best score for your best 10 densities. You can flag but there is no chording and you can lose on the first click.

Game comes with QuickBASIC code with German notes.
